How to Rewire the Brain for Happiness.

So I'm just going to post this here as I will be attempting to do this.  Let's see if it actually works.

Every day for 21 Days...

  • Jot down 3 new things you are grateful for, no matter how small.

  • Send a positive email to someone in your support network.

  • Meditate for 2 minutes.

  • Exercise for 10 minutes.

  • Take 2 minutes to keep a journal of your most positive experience from the past 24 hours
